Saeger Thomason Financial Resources, PLLC is a Tennessee-based CPA firm focused on the nonprofit community. We’ve partnered with organizations statewide to provide audit, review, tax, and advisory services that support strong stewardship and long-term sustainability.
We serve nonprofits of all sizes—from growing community organizations to established, multi-program nonprofits—delivering assurance and compliance support that’s clear, timely, and dependable.

Experience
Erica D. Saeger, Managing Partner and Founder, is a Certified Public Accountant with more than twenty-two years of public accounting experience. Her experience includes performing audits, reviews, compilations, agreed upon procedures, internal control reviews, employee benefit plan audits, single audits, and performance audit procedures in variety of industries including nonprofit entities, government, higher education, religious organizations, and many other business entities.
As Managing Partner, Erica leads the firm’s auditing and review practice as well as tax compliance to nonprofit clients in a wide variety of services including middle and high school education, early intervention services to young children with autism disorders, orphan care and prevention in Haiti, child advocacy for children and their families in crisis, jazz education, kidney disease prevention and treatment services, pancreatic cancer, and other cancer-related programs just to name a few.
Prior to founding Saeger Thomason Financial Resources, PLLC, Erica worked with Crosslin, PLLC in Nashville, Tennessee for over twenty years. Erica has both a bachelor’s degree and master’s degree from Middle Tennessee State University. She is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Tennessee as well as a current member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants. In addition, Erica is a current member of the Goodlettsville Area Chamber of Commerce.
Community Involvement
In addition to managing the firm, Erica has represented and played various critical roles in the Nashville and surrounding communities as a volunteer. Such volunteer positions include the following:
